Apologies for the longer-than-intended hiatus! I've been a little busier than normal this time of year. First off, I just came back from San Japan!!! I bought some stickers, an overpriced sweet tea, and a VBS CD! Was looking for a Nightcord one but unfortunately couldn't find any of the three ;( I also cosplayed the Angel Devil from CSM, it was my first convention ever and I had a lot of fun with my friends there :3

Second, my trip to Colorado was awesome! I went on a ghost tour in Golden and walked up to the Mother Cabrini shrine, and I did indeed eat some mid food at Casa Bonita! I had some enchiladas with red sauce there, they were actually better than I thought they'd be. I did not get to go to Meow Wolf unfortunately, just wouldn't fit in the time frame we stayed there. Although we did get to stop in Fairplay to walk around and take pictures of everything South Park-related like tourists! :D

School's been pretty okay, I got approved for the off-periods I asked for, which means I have off-campus lunch, followed by TWO off-periods, which basically means my day ends at 2pm instead of 4:30pm now!! On the other hand, I still haven't written my college essay OR put together an art portfolio-- I'm trying not to stress about it too much, but I basically have until Halloween to get my shit together until then. I can't lie, I've honestly been procrastinating by writing fanfiction instead of the most important essay of my life. Won't post that kind of stuff on here, but if any of my close friends happen to find this they'll know where to find it <:]

Hello, this is my first post! ...I don't really have anything interesting to talk about, honestly, so this will be sort of like my personal diary. But this just so happens to be a time when I happen to be doing interesting stuff, actually!

I just sent in a request to my school for my VOE so I can start my driving lessons online and get my learner's permit. Yeah, I'm turning 18 in 6 months and I still don't know how to drive. Speaking of, I go back to school next month on the 10th. What kinda shit is that?? I miss when school started in late September, but whatever, I guess. I'm also finally getting a haircut this weekend, thank god, its been like a year.

I'm going on vacation to Colorado in a couple of days! Mostly just to get out of the state for a while, to be honest-- the last time my family and I left TX was in 2018. I'm real excited to see the scenery and go on a walk or hike somewhere. I've also really wanted to visit Meow Wolf and eat some mid Mexican food at Casa Bonita. I also might use this opportunity to tour RMCAD and look around some museums or something.

That's basically it for me right now. Next post will probably be after my trip, and I'll also probably complain about my new schedule for school.
